Hepatitis C and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease are the two most common origins of chronic liver disease in the USA.
The CIRM hPSC Repository contains human induced pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) representing HCV and NASH. Subjects were recruited to capture the diversity of the diseases across ethnic groups, treatment response and specific genotypes that impact response or susceptibility. Each patient’s clinical history and genotypes associated with HCV and NASH are available as are data from control samples.
Or use our Advanced Clinical Data Search to narrow your results.*Lines are grown feeder free on E8/vitronectin and are frozen in colony form.
CIRM Repository samples are accompanied by standardized sets of clinical data (Clinical Data Questionnaires).
Use the Advanced Clinical Data Search to locate samples based on clinical data in the above questionnaires.
