GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 15 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a negative result in Southern blot hybridization analysis with a probe for 15q25qter, IGF1R.
 
GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 17 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave negative results in Southern blot hybridization analyses with probes for 17p13.1, MYH2, and 17q21.3q23, MPO, and gave a positive result with a probe for 17q25, P4HB. PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a positive result with a primer for 17q25-qter, D17S784, and gave negative results with primers for 17p13.1, TP53, 17q21.3-q23, MPO1, and 17q, GAS.
 
GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 19 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results in Southern blot hybridization analyses with probes for 19p13.1, D19S11, and 19q13.3, LHB. PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for 19p13.2, LDLR, and 19q13.2, APOC2.
