GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 13 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a positive result in Southern blot hybridization analysis with a probe for 13q34, D13S3. PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a negative result with a primer for 13q11-q12, D13S232, and gave positive results with primers for 13q14.3, RB1, and 13q22-q31, D13S317.
