PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for 9p24, WI-7297, 9p22, IFNA, 9p21, D9S270, 9p12, 1F6, 9pter-q12, RLN1, 9q13-q21, D9S301, 9q34.3, DBH, and 9q34-qter, D9S158, and gave negative results with primers for 9q22.3-q31, ALDOB, and 9q22.3-q31, D9S53. |
