Clinically affected; muscle weakness; right quadriceps biopsy revealed myofibers of variable size with scattered isolated hypertrophic and atrophic fibers, many of which contain central cores while some contain nemaline rods, NADH stain showed mostly single cores, suggestive of central core disease; family history includes affected father (not in repository). |
