Genet. 59: 476-483, 1995)] exhibited midfacial hypoplasia, malformed ears, flat phlitrum, hypotonia, nystagmus, and developmental delay [full scale intelligence quotient (FSIQ) = 52]; Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale was 58; brain MRI was normal.
