GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 3 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a positive result in Southern blot hybridization analysis with a probe for 3p25, RAF1, and gave a negative result with a probe for 3q26.2qter, TFRC. PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for 3p14.1-p12, D3S1566, 3p22-p21.33, GLB1, and 3p25-p24.2, D3S1304, and gave negative results with primers for 3q13.1-q13.2, D3S1310, 3q22-q24, D3S1764, 3q26.2-q27, GLUT2, and 3q28q29, D3S1311.
 
GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 16 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a negative result in Southern blot hybridization analysis with a probe for 16pterp13, D16S36, and gave a positive result with a probe for 16q13q22.1, MT2. PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a negative result with a primer for 16p13.3, HBA, and gave positive results with primers for 16q22.1, LCAT, 16q23.2, D16S266, 16q24.2, D16S389, 16q24.3, D16S305, and 16q24.3, PRSM1.
 
GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 22 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a negative result in Southern blot hybridization analysis with a probe for 22q12.3q13.1, PDGFB.
