Remarks |
Permanent line RPE 18 SV2 was obtained by transformation of a fetus-derived retinal pigmented epithelial cell line with SV-40, strain Rh 911 virus. This transformed line appears stable without a crisis phase. It is T antigen positive and does not pigment. The morphology is epithelial-like. |
