Remarks |
Permanent line RPE 28 SV4 was obtained by transformation of a fetus-derived retinal pigmented epithelial cell line with SV-40, strain Rh 911 virus. This transformed line appears stable without a crisis phase. It is T antigen positive and does not pigment. The morphology is epithelial-like. An untransformed cell line from this same donor is AG05337A. |
