The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 46,XY with 8% of the cells examined showing random chromosomal loss. A culture initiated from a biopsy taken 12 years later from this same donor is AG13244. The donor is the son of AG05807A, the grandson of AG04064A, and the brother of AG05838B. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
