The donor is 50% at risk for Alzheimer's disease. Donor's paternal aunt, deceased father, and deceased paternal grandfather were affected. The culture was initiated on 8/14/85 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. Donor's sister is AG08374A and his mother is AG08380. |
