Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like and the karyotype is 46,XX,t(1;2)(p36.1;p23),t(9;18)(q32;q21.3). A culture initiated from a biopsy taken 9 years later from this same donor is AG13781. Donor is the cousin of AG04351 and AG06285A. Donor's father is AG12429 and her brother is AG12430. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
