Remarks |
The culture is a post-crisis SV40 virus-transformed derivative of line HIAE 43/7-13 (AG09872A). It was derived on 2/15/88 by infecting human iliac artery endothelial line AG09872A at PDL 15 with SV40 virus (strain Rh 911). Foci of transformed cells appeared approximately 18 days postinfection and crisis occurred 27 PDLs post-infection. T-antigen positive cells are present and the culture tested negative for von Willebrand factor after crisis. |
