Remarks |
The donor is 50% at risk for Alzheimer's disease. Donor's deceased father and paternal aunt and uncle were affected. The culture was initiated on 12/15/89 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. Donor's mother is AG10760 and her siblings are AG10757, AG10758, and AG10761A. |
