Remarks |
Mouse embryonal carcinoma cell line B1(NG)C39D, a compaction-defective, 5bromodeoxyuridine-resistant, variant of line H6 selected for failure to compact as aggregates in culture and subsequently mutagenized with Nmethyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine. Aggregates of B1(NG)C39D fail to compact rapidly due to an unknown mutation since cells contain uvomoralin. The culture grows in thick patches. The same culture prior to chemical mutagenesis is AG13176. |
