|
Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Donor has had two impaired glucose tolerance tests, one at age 62 and one at age 64. The karyotype is 46,XY with 2% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss. Cultures initiated from biopsies taken 10 and 16 years earlier from this same donor are AG11561 and AG05186A, respectively. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
