The fat tissue was removed from the subject's abdomen and flanks ante-mortem during elective cosmetic tumescent liposuction on 4/18/03. This primary culture was initiated on 4/18/03 by collagenase digestion of fat tissue. 62.1% of the cells observed at passage 2 showed adipogenic differentiation. THIS SAMPLE WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED FROZEN. |
