Remarks |
The biopsy was taken 5 hr post-mortem on 3/17/76. Cause of death was coronary artery disease. The culture was initiated using explants of mincen in g tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosiac with karyotype: 45,X/46,XX; 6%/94%. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
