Remarks |
The Egyptian donor had severe skin features of XP, but he had no neurological involvement. The biopsy was taken ante-mortem on 3/19/80. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Repair deficiency was determined for this culture (XP17CA) prior to submission to Repository. Culture was frozen at an estimated PDL 8. |
