Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like and the karyotype is 46,XY; diploid male. The donor is the son of AG04153A, the brother of AG05244, and the cousin of AG10052. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
