The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY,inv(1)(q11q21)/46,XY,inv(1)(q11q21),t(1;13)(1pter> 1q25::13q12>13qter;13pter>13q12::1q25>1qter); balanced; 96%/4%.
