Remarks |
The culture was initiated on 9/1/80 from the ocular lens capsule of a New Zealand White rabbit. Cell morphology is epithelial-like. The karyotype is 44,XX; normal diploid female. The culture can be carried for an additional 40 passages after recovery from liquid nitrogen storage. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
