Remarks |
The donor is 50% at risk for Alzheimer's disease. The skin biopsy was taken ante-mortem from the forearm. Culture was initiated on 10/23/84 using explants of minced skin. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY/46,XY,t(15;16)(15qter>15p11.1:: 16p11.2>16pter;16qter>16p11.2::15p11.1>15pter); balanced; 82%/18%. Culture was frozen at PDL 4. A lymphoblast culture from same donor is AG07566. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
