Remarks |
The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XX/46,XX,add(14)(p12); 92%/8%; balanced with 4% of cells examined showing random chromosome loss and 8% showing random chromosomal aberrations. Donor is the sister of AG07721D. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
