Thoroughbred horse. The skin biopsy was taken immediately post-mortem on 11/5/84 from the right inner thigh. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 64,XX; normal diploid female. A smooth muscle cell culture from this horse is AG07937A. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
