Holstein breed. The skin biopsy was taken 4 hours post-mortem on 4/18/85 from the inner thigh. Culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 60,XX; normal diploid female. Other cultures from this cow cow are AG08131A, AG08132B, and AG08133A. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
