The age of the donor is between 1 and 2 years. The thoracic aorta was removed post-mortem on 7/9/85. Other cultures from this monkey are AG08323A and AG08324. The culture tested positive for alpha-smooth muscle actin and negative for the endothelial cell-specific von Willebrand factor (immunofluorescence assays). |
