Remarks |
The biopsy was taken 7 hr post-mortem on 10/24/85. Cause of death was thromboembolus in left internal carotid and middle cerebral arteries. Donor had a 60 pack/year history of smoking and tuberculosis at age 3-4. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 46,XY; normal diploid male. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
