Remarks |
The donor is a clinically unaffected probable escapee. Father and 11 siblings were affected with Alzheimer's disease. The skin biopsy was taken ante-mortem from the forearm. Culture was initiated on 7/08/86 using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Culture was frozen at PDL 6. |
