Remarks |
Holstein breed. The lung biopsy was taken 30 minutes post-mortem on 5/8/89. The culture was initiated using explants of minced lung tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 60,XY; normal diploid male. A matching smooth muscle cell culture from this calf is AG10602. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
