Holstein breed. The skin biopsy was taken 30 minutes post-mortem on 6/07/89 from the thoracic/abdominal area. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 60,XY; normal diploid male. Other cultures from this calf are AG10554 and AG10604A. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
