Sprague Dawley. Culture initiated on 3/5/99 from fibroblasts grown out from minced aortic fragments. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosiac with karyotype: 42,XY[41]/42,XY,t(7;11)(q11;q23)[2]/43,XY,+12[7] with 6% of the cells examined showing random loss/gain. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
