Remarks
Donor had skin cancer of the face and has glaucoma, angina, osteoporosis, and polycythemia; family history of skin cancer and hypertension; mother lived to be over 90 years of age. The culture was initiated on 7/18/01 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. The karyotype is 46,XX with 6% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss/gain. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product.
