Donor, now deceased, had cataracts, gastroesophageal reflux disease, congestive heart failure, lung disease, and had a mild stroke at age 91; donor allergic to Ceclor, Vioxx, Keflex, Trinalin, Erythromycin, Benadryl, cherry-based meds, wheat, and had intolerance of ACE I drugs; family history of heart disease [father (died at age 68), sister, two brothers], hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, and stroke (mother had fatal stroke at age 68); sister lived to be over 90 years of age; the karyotype is 46,XX,inv(9)(p13q22)[6]/45,X[2]/46,XX[42] with 2% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
