Clinically affected; mild case; skin blotching; increased sweating; absent deep tendon reflexes; no flare response to histamine test; no fungiform papillae on tongue; some hematemesis secondary to esophagitis especially during infection; occasional pneumonia; severe kyphosis and scoliosis; postural hypotension but tends to be hypertensive; renal biopsy showed about 40% ischemic glomerulosclerosis; fairly normal height; affected brothers are GM02342 and GM09826; mother is GM09829; father is GM09830; unaffected siblings are GM09827 and GM09828. |
