Remarks |
The culture was initiated on 5/13/83 from an ante-mortem, surgical specimen obtained 3 hr earlier. Minced tissue explants were used for the primary. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 46,XY; normal diploid male. 8% of the cells examined showed random chromosomal abnormalities. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
