Remarks |
Participant in the "intra-abdominal fat and risk of disease in children and adolescents" study. The culture was initiated on 10/7/97 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The karyotype is 46,XY with 2% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss. A Lymphoblast culture from this donor's sister is AG14751. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
