The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY/46,XY,t(1;21)(p12;p11.2),t(3;14)(q12;q11.2); balanced; 88%/12%.
