The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 46,XY/46,XY,t(1;6)(1pter>1q25::6q13>6qter;6pter>6q13::1q25> 1qter); balanced; 44%/56%. A culture initiated from a biopsy taken 19 years later from this same donor is AG14251. Donor is the son of AG04459. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
