The biopsy site is the mesial aspect of the mid-upper left arm, taken antemortem. The primary culture was initiated from explants of a 2 mm-punch biopsy. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Cultures initiated from biopsies taken 4 and 15 years later from this same donor are AG07723 and AG13198, respectively. |
