| Remarks |
The donor, now deceased, was affected with Alzheimer's disease. Onset of the disease occured at age 45. This diagnosis was updated by the submitter on 3/2009. The culture was initiated on 08/16/84 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. Same subject as AG07768 (fibrblast) and AG25367 (stem cell). |
