Remarks |
The donor reports hypertension, age-related mild congestive heart failure and mild chronic renal failure. There is a strong family history of hypertension. The culture was initiated on 3/11/88 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The karyotype is 46,XX; normal diploid female. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
