This donor is now affected with Alzheimer's disease. Onset of the disease occured at age 45. This diagnosis was updated by the submitter on 3/2009. The culture was initiated on 9/15/1994 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. |
