ISCN 45,XY,-3[3]/46,XY[48]/47,XY,+18[49]
Species Homo sapiens
Common Name Human
Remarks Participant in the "intra-abdominal fat and risk of disease in children and adolescents" study. The culture was initiated on 11/13/97 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The culture is a mosaic with karyotype: 45,XY,-3[3]/46,XY[48]/47,XY,+18[49] with 3% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss and 1% showing random chromosomal aberrations. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product.
