Participant in the "intra-abdominal fat and risk of disease in children and adolescents" study. The culture was initiated on 10/15/98 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The karyotype is 46,XX; normal diploid female.
