Remarks |
The donor is 50% at risk for Alzheimer's disease. Donor's mother, two uncles and grandmother were affected. The culture was initiated by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. Donor's affected maternal uncle is AG00364E Fibroblast. Donor is brother of AG09107 and AG09108. |
