ARG109TER; See Maddalena et al. (1988). In a female patient with mild OTC deficiency, Hata et al. (1989) demonstrated a C-to-T substitution in exon 5 (codon 141) which generated a stop codon, in place of arginine, at amino acid 109 of the mature OTC protein.
