GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 15 PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave negative results with primers for 15q21-q22.2, B2M, 15q11-q12, D15S11, and 15q11.2-q12, GABRB3, and gave a positive result with a primer for 15q23, D15S1485A.
 
GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 17 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a positive result in Southern blot hybridization analysis with a probe for 17p13.1, MYH2 and gave a negative result with a probe for 17q25, P4HB. PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave a positive result with a primer for 17p13.1, TP53, and gave negative results with primers for 17q21.3-q23, MPO1, 17q, GAS, and 17q25-qter, D17S784.
 
GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 19 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results in Southern blot hybridization analyses with probes for 19p13.1, D19S11, and 19q13.3, LHB.
