GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 17 DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results in Southern blot hybridization analyses with probes for 17p13.1, MYH2, and 17q21.3q23, MPO. PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for 17p13.1, TP53, 17q21.3-q23, MPO1, 17q, GAS, and 17q25-qter, D17S784.
