GENE MAPPING & DOSAGE STUDIES - CHROMOSOME 13 PCR analysis of DNA from this somatic cell hybrid gave positive results with primers for 13q14.3, RB1, 13q11-q12, D13S232, and 13q34, F7.1, and gave a negative result with a primer for 13q22-q31, D13S317.
